Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of our website, the reservation of products, and the dispensing and pickup of orders through Chester Pharmacy.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Chester Pharmacy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 614 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225. By accessing our website, creating an account, or reserving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
2. Reserve Online, Pay at the Counter
Chester Pharmacy operates an in-store pickup model. You reserve products on this website and collect and pay for them in person at our Brooklyn counter. There is no online payment.
- Placing a reservation does not charge you — it holds your selected items for pickup.
- We will notify you by email and in your account when your order is ready for collection.
- Bring your name or Order ID to the counter at 614 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225 to complete payment and collect your order.
- Payment is made in person by cash or card. Your order is final once paid for and dispensed at the counter.
- Reservations are held for a reasonable period; unclaimed orders may be returned to stock.
3. Prescription-Only Medications
For any product classified as a prescription-only medication, a valid, authentic prescription from a licensed prescriber is an absolute requirement before any medicine is dispensed. Prescriptions are verified in person at pickup. Please note:
- Our licensed pharmacists review every prescription for authenticity and suitability before dispensing.
- We may verify a prescription with the issuing prescriber, request additional information, or refuse or cancel any order where a prescription is missing, expired, altered, or cannot be validated.
- Presenting a fraudulent or falsified prescription is unlawful and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Over-the-counter (OTC) products may be reserved without a prescription but must be used strictly in line with their labeling.

2. Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales tax, which is calculated at the counter.
- Prices shown online are the current shelf price and may change; the price payable is the price at the time of pickup.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel reservations affected by such errors.
- No payment is taken online — you are never charged through this website.
No-Returns Policy on Pharmaceuticals
To protect public health and safety, and in line with pharmacy regulations, dispensed medicines and pharmaceutical products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have left our counter. The integrity and storage conditions of a medicine cannot be guaranteed once it is out of our custody.
- This applies to all medicines, whether prescription-only or over-the-counter.
- The only exceptions are products that are expired or incorrectly dispensed by us. Please inspect your order at the counter and raise any issue with our pharmacist before leaving.

3. Order Pickup
Orders are collected in person at 614 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225. Pickup timelines depend on stock availability and prescription verification. Please bring a valid form of identification where required for prescription medicines. You are responsible for collecting your order within the hold period we communicate; unclaimed orders may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
